Whether it's from old injuries or the prevailing effects of tim= e and gravity, most deal with rigidity and arthritis at some point. It= =E2=80=99s tough to avoid, and if you are like me, you=E2=80=99ve tried man= y remedies. <br /><br />Twelve years ago, at the age of 48, I had a severe = hip injury that challenged everything. I was good at following orders and d= oing my PT, but nothing helped! It got worse. Doctors told me it would be a= matter of years before I needed a hip replacement. <br /><br />I remember = praying sincerely for a better way, and I believe the heart's prayer is alw= ays answered - the trick is recognizing it. :)<br /><br />A promising way o= ut of discomfort and arthritis was given to me, and as I started benefiting= , I wanted only to share it with others. <br /><br />It=E2=80=99s not a pil= l. It=E2=80=99s not exercise. It=E2=80=99s not complicated. It=E2=80=99s so= simple that you might wonder why you never thought of it.<br /><br />Joint= s love pressure - the right kind, of course. A few minutes of steady compre= ssion and release keep them healthy and mobile. Have you ever noticed how c= ats, dogs, horses, and other quadrupeds rest? Look at their legs and imagin= e the body weight impacting their bones and joints. <br /><br />We humans c= an take a similar, slow, thoughtful approach to cleanse our joints and reso= lve pain. It works! But it=E2=80=99s not so much what you do, but how you d= o it. At first, it seems a little weird, but as the results come, you= =E2=80=99ll start to enjoy it. <br /><br />It=E2=80=99s a way to make joint= s healthy and strong without strain or intensity. It=E2=80=99s all about sl= ow, mindful movement that helps your body heal from the inside out. It= =E2=80=99s not exercise in the traditional sense - no sweating or heavy bre= athing - just a gentle, consistent practice that=E2=80=99s made a differenc= e for me.<br /><br />What=E2=80=99s cool is that you don=E2=80=99t have to = spend hours each day doing this. Just a little time, a few times a week, an= d you can start seeing and feeling the difference.
